Hemavi is a marketplace for co-living and shared accommodations. We match compatible roommates who will enjoy living together. On Hemavi, room ads are verified and users can book places months in advance and can also access services such as online contract signatures and co-inhabitant insurance.

Hemavi is not a real estate agency. It’s an online co-living platform that connects tenants searching for shared accommodations with landlords renting out.

Hemavi is currently available in Berlin, Munich, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Amsterdam in addition to smaller cities such as Utrecht, Gothenburg, Lund, and Malmö and many more.

You can start by creating a free account on Hemavi and answer some questions about you and what you’re looking for in a roommate. After that, you start browsing our available rooms.

Once you find a place that you like on Hemavi, you can apply to it. To increase your chances of securing the places, you can send a booking request directly to the landlord.

Listing your room ad on Hemavi only takes a few minutes and is completely free. All we need are some photos and information. The more you can tell us, the better and easier it is to find a tenant. Here’s how it works:

• Click on sign up in the navigation bar.
• Fill in information about your place, its location, description, and upload pictures that best represent your place. You can specify what facilities are available and what is not allowed. You can indicate what kind of tenant you are looking for, such as gender and age.
• Once your ad is approved, you can start chatting with people applying for accommodation on Hemavi. If you receive a message from a Hemavi user, be sure to respond and ask anything you would like to know about them before letting them rent your place.

You can list your accommodation on Hemavi, chat with tenants, send and receive booking requests and get your place rented out months in advance and your first month's rent is guaranteed by Hemavi.
