A one-time service fee is charged to you as a landlord which is 20% of one month's rent. This is deducted from the first month's rent that the tenant pays when making their booking.

Listing your room ad on Hemavi only takes a few minutes and is completely free. All we need are some photos and information. The more you can tell us, the better and easier it is to find a tenant. Here’s how it works:

1. Click on sign up in the navigation bar. 
2. Fill in information about your place, its location, description, and upload pictures that best represent your place. You can specify what facilities are available and what is not allowed. You can indicate what kind of tenant you are looking for, such as gender and age.
3. Once your ad is approved, you can start chatting with people applying for accommodation on Hemavi. If you receive a message from a Hemavi user, be sure to respond and ask anything you would like to know about them before letting them rent your place.

Do you need to change the monthly rent, address, description, or other information on your listing? Editing your listing on our platform is easy. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Make sure you are logged into Hemavi.
2. From the dropdown menu, choose Manage my listings.
3. Edit your listing and your information and click “Save”

A security deposit is an amount the landlord takes from the tenant in addition to the rent. It can be used to repair potential damages caused by the tenant during their stay. 

Usually, the deposit will be returned to the tenant when they move out, or you can integrate this so that the tenant does not have to pay rent for the last month.

However, all deposit concerns should be written in the rental contract agreed between you and the tenant. When you upload your ad to Hemavi, you can choose no deposit, one month deposit, or two months deposit. If you sign your digital lease through Hemavi, you can also specify your deposit amount in the contract.
